Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vardan Infra's services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

Vardan Infra provides turnkey construction, structural estimation (BOQ), interior finishing, site execution support, and AI-powered planning services for private and government clients in Delhi NCR and pan-India.

3. Project Engagement

• All projects require a signed agreement and advance payment as per mutual terms
• Scope changes must be documented and approved in writing
• Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but subject to site conditions

4. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules defined per project agreement
• Late payments may incur interest at 18% per annum
• All prices in INR unless otherwise specified
• GST applicable as per government regulations (GSTIN: 09ABHPQ9663P1ZI)

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation created by Vardan Infra remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Client receives license to use for the specific project only.

6. Warranties and Liability

• Workmanship warranty: 12 months from project completion
• Structural warranty: As per applicable building codes and standards
• Liability limited to contract value for direct damages only
• No liability for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Client pays for work completed and materials procured up to termination date.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes resolved through arbitration in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, under Indian Arbitration Act. Governing law: Indian law.
